We declare that we rule all locations of the Nation of Dova, whether physical or an internet domain, as our sovereign territory. I, JAIME JAVIER VAZQUEZ SALDANA, Emperor, am the official leader of this nation & will rule until I step down or natural causes claim my physical body.

KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO, Empress, will rule at my side. Upon my inability to rule, KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO, Empress, shall assume leadership under the same conditions.

Government Structure and Citizenship

The Nation of Dova is an Empire under imperial edicts.

Citizens who join are considered subjects and receive titles at the Emperor’s behest. Currently, only family members are eligible for citizenship.
