Government Structure and Citizenship

The Nation of Dova is an Empire under imperial edicts. Citizens who join are considered subjects and receive titles at the Emperor’s behest.

Currently, only family members are eligible for citizenship. This can change at the order of the Emperor.

The Emperor of the Nation of Dova is JAIME JAVIER VAZQUEZ SALDANA and the Empress KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO.
