Diplomatic Charter of the Nation of Dova

Nation of Dova Diplomatic CHarter

Issued under Imperial Seal and Divine Sovereignty

 

 

Preamble:

By the Will of Almighty God, We, JAIME JAVIER VAZQUEZ SALDAÑA, Emperor, and KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO, Empress of the Sovereign Nation of Dova, do hereby establish and proclaim this Diplomatic Charter as the guiding light of our foreign and intermicronational relations.

We affirm that all diplomacy shall be conducted in the spirit of peace, dignity, honor, faith, and divine justice, reflecting our sacred motto — “Deus Vult,” meaning “God wills it.”

Through this Charter, the Nation of Dova shall extend the hand of friendship to all peoples, nations, and sovereign entities that respect mutual sovereignty, goodwill, and truth.

 

 

Article I: Diplomatic Principles

  1. Sovereign Equality: All nations, whether great or small, macro or micro, are equal in dignity and right before the Divine.
  2. Peaceful Coexistence: The Nation of Dova shall pursue peace as a sacred duty, renouncing aggression and fostering harmony.
  3. Faith and Morality: Our diplomacy is guided by Catholic Christian virtue — truth, mercy, compassion, humility, and courage.
  4. Non-Interference: Dova shall neither impose nor permit the imposition of external authority within its sovereign domain.
  5. Mutual Benefit: Alliances and treaties shall be built upon fairness, reciprocity, and shared upliftment.

 

 

Article II: Diplomatic Ideals and Conduct

  1. Honor in Representation: All Dovan envoys and representatives shall act with integrity, discipline, and grace, upholding the dignity of the Empire.
  2. Transparency and Truth: No falsehood, deceit, or manipulation shall stain the name of Dova in its dealings.
  3. Hospitality and Courtesy: Foreign dignitaries and allies shall be received with respect and goodwill.
  4. Charity in Diplomacy: Our conduct shall reflect love for humanity, providing aid and compassion to the poor, oppressed, and displaced.

 

 

Article III: Diplomatic Protocol and Recognition

  1. Diplomatic recognition may be extended by Imperial Decree to other micronations, sovereign entities, and humanitarian bodies.
  2. Formal communications shall bear the seal or signature of the Emperor or Empress.
  3. Ambassadors and envoys shall be appointed by the Emperor and confirmed by Imperial Edict.
  4. Diplomatic courtesies shall include the exchange of letters, crests, and ceremonial honors.

    • Uphold truth before all else.
    • Defend the dignity of Dova and her citizens.
    • Seek reconciliation, not conflict.
    • Embody the light of Christ in service to others.

 

 

Article V: Diplomatic Seal and Signature

This Charter shall bear the Imperial Seal of the Nation of Dova and be deposited within the Imperial Archives, signifying the sacred commitment of the Empire to peace and goodwill among nations. 

It is available in PDF form upon request and approval of the Emperor.
