Master’s Degree in International Business Management, with a focus in Finance
International Business Management with expertise in contract negotiation & management
Ability to make needs assessments for International Clientele
Acumen in building business proposals to diverse clients globally
Ability to develop international networks and strategically cultivate relationships
Professional translator and interpreter with fluency in Spanish, English, Italian, & French, with a working knowledge in Latin and Portuguese and an understanding of Russian.
Knowledge of basic electrical repair, basic plumbing work, & certain mechanical restoration
Skill in knife and tool sharpening.

The Empress of Dova, KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO:

Doctor of Food Science, Specialization in Food Safety, Focus on Mycotoxicology
Retired College Professor
Retired Chemist from the FDA CFSAN
Expertise in Food Science, Food Safety, Biology, Chemistry, Nutritional Biochemistry & Plant Sciences.
A former Bank Manager with extensive skills in accounting & account management
A former Corporate Training Manager with acumen in course development & implementation.
An educator with extensive knowledge in gardening, herbal medicine, & sustainable living.
An artisan in handcrafted jewelry creation & repair.

***They both have advanced skill in canning food.
