Founding, History and Inspiration

In early June 2024, Empress KATHLEEN LOUISE D’OVIDIO discovered micronations through an educational video on YouTube.

Inspired by this, she discussed the idea with Emperor JAIME JAVIER VAZQUEZ SALDANA, and together they founded the Nation of Dova in late June 2024.
