The Nation of Dova is currently located at 7301 Radcliffe Drive, College Park, Maryland.

The Nation of Dova includes both the land and the house on the property. The boundaries of our micronation include the land as shown on the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation website, Prince George’s County search of 15,555 square feet.

As well as the all that property situated in Prince George’s County, State of Maryland as described as:

Lot numbered Thirty-seven (37) in the subdivision known as “Lots 36, 37, AND 38, BLOCK C, YARROW” as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book W.W.W. 56 at folio 84, among the Land Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland. See attachments A & B below:
